The course is fully online. We have our own app where a participant will get some personal space and personal assistant. 16 weeks teamwork will include: reporting, getting feedback from the mentor and adjusting personal marcos, support and motivation.
The course is based on Flexible dieting, which means no food is off limits. We will just give our science-based recommendations to help a participant not to get hungry while dieting and nail the results. Usually all the recommendations are burger/pizza-friendly.
Once a week, my team and I estimate the progress that has been made and compare it with a personal goal, dynamics and current situation.

We provide our participants with lots of constantly updating science-based lectures and articles related to nutrition and training, that will help to sort all that social media mess out. Some of the articles are shared in social media but entering the course will give access to more profound content.
Closed group chat in a season is another option for fun. Ask any question related to the project and get a quick reply.
Develop healthy habits step by step that will help to obtain a better shape because being a part of the team with lots of like-minded people driven by similar goals will be rooting for sure!

Not motivated by the people in the «boat», then a personal «skipper» will kick that ass. Just kidding. A mentor will definitely inspire a participant to reach the goal, and will actually kick that ass if it’s needed.
