Recommendations regarding Personalized Workout Plans (PWP) “TransformMate – Self-Service Training Programs” in relation to safe and responsible use of the Platform

Our Recommendations in relation to training process safety were last updated on the 10.05.2026

FIZIKL IQ-FZCO: a company, registered with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones, the United Arab Emirates, with license number 32779 (the “Company”), publishes this document (the “Recommendations“), which is addressed to the Participants who have applied for the provision of the services in accordance with the Personalized Workout Plans (PWP) Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions and Status of these Recommendations

1.1. The Recommendations establish a unified approach to the safe and responsible use of the Platform by the Participant on a self-service basis, including the required equipment and setup of the gym, the planning and performance of workouts, the assessment of permissible loads, the provision of safe conditions for performing exercises, compliance with proper technique, and the choice of venue and equipment.
1.2. The Company provides access to the Platform and its information infrastructure. The Company does not organize or conduct workouts, does not monitor the Participant's exercise technique, does not provide sports and/or medical supervision, and does not assume any obligation to provide medical or athletic supervision. The functionality of the Platform is auxiliary and informational in nature and shall not be construed as a service for organizing the Participant's training process.
1.3. These Recommendations are organizational and methodological in nature and shall apply only to the extent they do not conflict with the Terms and Conditions or applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency between these Recommendations and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1.4. These Recommendations shall be made available to the Participant before the commencement of the Program. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Participant confirms that they have read these Recommendations and undertakes to comply with them insofar as they relate to the Participant's conduct and control over the conditions of use of the Platform.

2. Terms and definitions

2.1. Company: FIZIKL IQ-FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Techno Hub 2, 66th Street, Nr 20, I132-H, Nad Al Hessa, Dubai, the UAE, License Number: 32779.
2.2. Participant: a natural person who has reached the age of eighteen (18) and has applied for the provision of the services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Platform: specialized virtual platform (software package) used for the provision of services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and shaped as a mobile application – TransformMate mobile app.
2.4. Platform Administration: the Company’s staff members or third parties involved in the provision of services who directly provide services.
2.5. PWP Program “TransformMate – Self-Service Training Programs” / Program: personalized workout plan(s) (PWP), whereby the Participant is granted access to a set of training programs available on the Platform, which the Participant selects independently, adds to their repository of training blocks and uses as a self-service, i.e. without the support of a personal supervisor, a trainer or any other personal support from the Company during the prepaid period of service provision.
2.6. Set of training programs: a single set comprising twenty (20) training programs included in the Program. It should be noted that the classification of training programs into "women’s" and "men’s" categories is for information purposes only and does not restrict the Participant’s right to select and use any program from the specified set.
2.7. Incident: any event connected with the use of the Platform or with following the Program that has caused, or could have caused, harm to life or health, including a sudden deterioration in well-being, an adverse reaction to a change in the physical activity regime, misuse or misinterpretation of information, or the need for urgent medical assistance.

3. Medical Disclaimers, Eligibility and Risk Allocation

3.1. Neither the Company nor the Platform Administration provides medical services, makes diagnoses, prescribes treatment, or interprets the Participant's medical tests or examinations. Any information available on the Platform concerning the arrangement of the workout environment, planning and performing workouts, assessing whether the intended load is appropriate, ensuring safe conditions for exercise, maintaining proper technique, and selecting a venue and equipment is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace consultation with a physician or another appropriately qualified specialist.
3.2. Before commencing the Program, the Participant shall independently assess their state of health and satisfy themselves that there are no contraindications to the intended level of physical activity. Where the Participant has chronic illnesses, cardiovascular or other medical conditions, is pregnant, is in the postpartum period, is breastfeeding, or is taking medication capable of affecting metabolism, appetite, body weight, fluid balance or general well-being, the Participant must first consult a physician and comply with such physician's recommendations.
3.3. The decision to participate in the Program is made by the Participant independently. The Participant bears responsibility for observing any restrictions imposed by a physician and for promptly discontinuing physical activity where warning signs arise.
3.3.1. When using the Platform on a self-service basis, the Participant must act with reasonable prudence and determine the load, intensity, number of sets, pace of exercise and any other workout parameters by reference to the Participant's own experience, fitness level, present condition and the actual workout circumstances. Where the Participant is uncertain whether a load is appropriate, the Participant shall reduce such load or refrain from performing the relevant exercise.
3.3.2. The Participant must not follow the Program in circumstances that materially impair the Participant's control over their own actions or the safe performance of exercises, including alcohol, narcotic or other intoxication, pronounced malaise, elevated body temperature, acute illness, a post-injury condition without a physician's clearance, or any other condition in which physical activity may create an increased risk of harm to life or health.
3.4. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Participant shall have no claim against the Company arising out of the consequences of using information and materials available on the Platform, provided that the Company has duly granted access to the Platform and provided technical support within the limits set out in the Terms and Conditions.

4. Roles, Safety Responsibilities and Company's Liability Limitations

4.1. The Company shall ensure access to the Platform, its technical operability, and information security within reasonable organizational and technical measures, and shall provide technical support to users within the limits set out in the Terms and Conditions. The Company does not monitor the Participant's physical activity, does not verify the correctness of exercise performance or the conditions in which exercises are performed, does not organize medical supervision or provide medical assistance, does not collect reports on workouts completed by the Participant, does not prepare individualized workout plans for the Participant, and does not supervise the Participant's performance of exercises.
4.2. The Participant bears responsibility for independently selecting a training program, arranging the workout environment, planning and performing workouts, assessing whether the intended load is appropriate, ensuring safe conditions for exercise, maintaining proper technique, selecting the venue and equipment, and using any informational or recommendation-based materials made available by the Company on the Platform.

5. Participant Obligations in Relation to the Safe Use of the Platform and Compliance with the Program

5.1. Before using the Program, and each time there is any material change in health condition, the Participant shall assess their own well-being and fitness to follow the Program. If symptoms arise that prevent safe participation, the Participant must suspend participation in the Program and consult a physician.
5.2. The Participant shall independently monitor their condition during each workout and pay attention to warning signs such as pain, weakness, dizziness, fainting, nausea, a sudden deterioration in well-being, or any other circumstance capable of making further participation in the Program unsafe.
5.3. The Participant shall ensure that emergency medical assistance can be called using the number applicable in the country where the Participant is located and shall ensure that a telephone is available and contact details are up to date during participation in the Program.
5.3.1. Before each workout, the Participant must independently verify that the workout venue, the equipment and accessories used, clothing and footwear are suitable for the intended level of exertion, are in proper working order, and allow exercises to be performed without an obvious risk of injury. If any defect in equipment or unsuitable conditions is identified, the Participant must refrain from the relevant workout or alter the conditions in which it is performed.
5.3.2. The Participant shall independently determine the need for a warm-up, cool-down, breaks, recovery, water intake, and shall take into account temperature, ventilation, floor surface, lighting and any other external factors capable of affecting the safety of a workout.
5.3.3. The Participant must independently assess whether any information available on the Platform is suitable for the Participant's own individual circumstances and must not automatically apply to themselves the experience, results, comments, reviews or messages of other Participants or third parties. Such information does not constitute personal advice and does not replace the Participant's own assessment of whether a particular load is appropriate.
5.3.4. When selecting from the Set of training programs, the Participant shall bear in mind that any descriptions attached to particular programs, including references to “women's” or “men's” programs, are for informational purpose only and do not relieve the Participant of the obligation to assess independently whether a particular program is suitable for them. The choice of program is made by the Participant independently and at their own risk.
5.4. Where the functionality of the Platform includes reminders, goals, notifications or progress indicators, such tools are intended solely for self-organization and do not constitute any guarantee of outcome, safety or suitability of any particular goal for a given user.

6. Incidents, Well-Being Deterioration and Response Procedure

6.1. In the event of a sudden deterioration in the Participant's condition, fainting, pronounced weakness, impaired consciousness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, dehydration or any other symptom potentially requiring urgent assistance, priority shall be given to the immediate discontinuation of the Program and calling emergency medical assistance using the number applicable in the country where the Participant is located.
6.2. The Participant shall notify the Platform Administration of any Incident through the functionality of the Platform where this is required by the Terms and Conditions or is necessary for the technical handling of communications. The Platform Administration may receive such notice and provide technical support within the Platform's functionality, but shall not thereby assume any obligation to provide sports and/or medical supervision.
6.2.1. If, while using the Platform, the Participant discovers a technical error, inaccurate display of data, unavailability of individual sections or any other malfunction capable of affecting the understanding of information, the Participant must discontinue use of the relevant functionality until the issue has been rectified and, where necessary, contact the Company's technical support. The existence of a technical malfunction shall not justify continuing a workout in unsafe circumstances where the Participant does not have sufficient confidence in the accuracy of the displayed information.

7. Record-Keeping, Communications and Confirmations

7.1. The Company may place on the Platform forms of confirmation, warnings, reminders and tools for recording data. Such tools do not create any obligation on the part of the Company to monitor actual compliance with these Recommendations and do not alter the allocation of responsibility between the Company and the Participant.
7.1.1. Where the Company additionally organizes a participants' chat in a messenger application or another communication channel for Platform users, such channel shall be used solely for communication between Participants and shall not constitute a channel for personal sports, medical or other professional supervision. The Company is not obliged to verify whether advice, opinions or messages posted by other users are applicable to the Participant's specific circumstances, and the Participant must approach such messages critically and must not rely on them as individualized recommendations.

8. Limitation of Company's Liability and No Guarantee of Results

8.1. The Company provides access to the Platform and does not assume responsibility for controlling or ensuring the required equipment and setup of the gym, the planning and performance of workouts, the assessment of permissible loads, the provision of safe conditions for performing exercises, compliance with proper technique, the choice of venue and equipment, assessing the Participant's state of health, or providing medical assistance.
8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for the Participant's acts or omissions, including decisions regarding the required equipment and setup of the gym, the planning and performance of workouts, the assessment of permissible loads, the provision of safe conditions for performing exercises, compliance with proper technique, and the choice of venue and equipment, compliance with restrictions, or the timely seeking of medical assistance.
8.3. Any materials and recommendations available on the Platform do not constitute medical advice and do not contain any guarantee of a particular outcome. Results depend on individual characteristics, discipline, initial state of health, everyday activity level and other factors outside the Company's control.
8.3.1. Any reminders, workout completion marks, statistical indicators, activity metrics or other automated elements of the Platform interface are auxiliary only and may not be treated as confirmation that the Participant's actions are correct, that the selected load is safe, or that there are no contraindications.

9. Amendments and Final Provisions

9.1. The Company is entitled to amend these Recommendations by publishing a new version on the Platform or on the Company’s website at: (ссылка на Recommendations на сайте https://physical-transformation.com/pwp/). Unless otherwise provided by the Terms and Conditions, the new version applies from the publication date.
9.2. If there are doubts regarding the appropriateness or safety of a recommendation or the Participant’s health condition, implementation of the relevant recommendation should be suspended until the risk factors are clarified. The Participant should seek medical advice where, in light of symptoms and circumstances, professional assessment is required.
9.3. Invalidity of any individual provision of these Recommendations does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Interpretation of these Recommendations shall be carried out systematically, taking into account the goals of risk reduction and the allocation of responsibility established by the Terms and Conditions.
